There is no best. Eibach is perfect for daily driving with some twisties once in a while. H&R gets even lower and stiffer. Coilovers are my favorite because I can get stupid low. I would get Eibach springs though.

i personally do not reccomend H&R's. Yes there was a Huge difference over stock, but the front end is just to low and if you dont have the right sized tires they will rub.
Also, they arent to stiff but i have no experience with any other spring, but they seem a bit soft to me, but i guess the only thing to really make it stiff would be a coilover setup.

I put on H&R's this summer and ride is very smooth very little jar unless you really hit a big bump. I have never had a problem with the ride height. I would buy them over again!!!

Depends on what your using them for, like everyone else has stated. Eibachs are to high for me...I have H&Rs on mine (had them on my previous Supra too) and I love them, especially around the twisties.

holy shit those rims do not look good at all on that supra wow!
Have some crack lately?
I understand that's your opinion, but to try to derail a thread about suspension is terrible.
My brothers 1jz car has H&R's. I like them very much, but i prefer my Suspension Techniques springs better.

I notice some of you guys mentioning eibach. Anyone care to post some pictures of theirs? I JUST found out my car had KYB strut with eibach spring but the car looks high................. I have never seen a stock supra height in a long time but my car even with the eibach springs and KYB strut it does feel high.

As for ride quality I have yet to really test the car out yet but if eibachs are indeed this high, I recommend it if you live in bumpy area. If not get coilovers.
