I dont have any super high power goals. My most immediate goal is smoothing out my idle and having sufficient fuel at full boost so i dont damage my engine. How much are the stock TT pumps appx? I have seen the bosch going for about 200 dollars or less.
all mk3's come with the same fuel pump. 7mge, 7mgt, 1jz, 1ggt... the stock pump will outflow stock turbos, so you're good there. check other components if you have a rough idle.

Best fuel pump in the world is right here, not only can you upgrade your fuel lines/rail/regulator with them but their fuel pump is top of the line also!

hands down better then two walbros or two mkiv pumps it actualy provides smooth fuel to the rated hp the walbro i think at most is rated for 450-500hp running a little lean these can go up to 800, 1000hp and thats rated at EFI/Forced Induction

My A1000 is mounted inside the bottom of the stock fuel tank, no sump required.

The eliminator pumps are better though.

Either way, I strongly suggest a fuel pump controller. No sense in having the A1000 pump flow at it's maximum at idle....

It's a really nice pump and controller no doubt about that, but isn't this a bit overkill for the average 500-600rwhp we get from our engines?
I mean, the controller alone costs more than two walbro's...

I already have a mk4 pump in tank, and I was just gonna add an inline Bosch 044. Togeather they should be good for my 600-700 hp goals. I am just a little worried about the Amperage draw with the two pumps. I know the mk4 pump draws allot of power.

Multiple people have had the same problem i have had and they changed the pump to fix it. I was hoping people would discuss my problems and see if i could find an exact answer. I have really bad fuel mileage about 12 and i am going lean under full boost. I actually drive super granny like. The highest i have done is like 4800 rpm so far. Most driving just calm cruising. Rarely pushing boost. Also i have the rpm jump others have talked about.

Wait a second. If the Walbro 255 pump isn't good, why do so many people use one (or two)?

since the walbros are smaller in size they fit easily on the stock fuel tank hanger, easier to run 2 pumps. its a little tricky to put 2 denso pumps on the stock hanger and trying to put it back in the tank.
