Hate to go against the tide of good feelings and penis rubbing going on here but after 500rwhp not a whole lot of the panels/doors/hood/hatch/targa fit like they once did ;)

Though not to the point where the dorrs don't shut anymore.

Im sure then some flex, but it not actually bending the "frame" of the car to the point where the cars ruined.

I come from a land down under
LOL my point is it's twisting the car (had this in the past with other cars so it's no real surprise) My car's only saving grace is it never hooks as it's very traction limited.

If it did I'd guess it would be a matter of a months driving to get to the point where doors wouldn't open/close (have had to adjust em already)

xxhp = XXTq and that'll twist most cars the Mk3 has that horrible Targa thing that doesn't help matters.

You sound like about as much of a fucking idiot as that original poster.

For example my 2000 Trans Am, with it's 5.6 liter V8, got 27 miles per gallon on the highway, and laid down well over 325 HP at the wheels, and off idle torque that would make a 7M owner cry, all naturally aspirated I might add.

OK, if you want to talk this way, then... My daily Lexus IS220d TTE has 220hp, around 40mpg (we count in liters for 100km, and it consumes 6.8 in the city), 0-60 times - 7.8s. So what? 350z makes 280hp from 3.5 liter engine, and thats just 45 hp less then trans am with 5.6. S2000 makes 230hp from 2.0 liter, and that is nearly 3 times less liters then Trans Am, and just 125 hp less, if it would be 5.6 liter engine then it could produce (just a number from a mind calculating nothing more just liter messurement) 600hp.
It's natural, that large engines have way more tq, then engines that are almost double of size and even if they are turbo'ed. Liters produce tq even when they are weak in hp, that's just the way it is.

Yea, we do have ONE car with an 8+ liter V10 motor. It's the Dodge Viper, which makes 600 hp and 590 ft/lb of torque. Also comes with a 100,000 mile warranty...

One again, I was not refering to normal street/race car's where their engines produce normal ammount of power. I was refering to older american cars, SUV, trucks and so on. But the overall trend in cars produced for UDM, is large engines, with small ammount of hp. And my post was about SUV. In US suv's have 5.7l engines, which produce the same figures like european suv's with 3.0 diesel engines which are more eco friendly. My uncle owns a Toyota dealership in Lithuania, and between them, It's a known thing that T engines for USDM are weak in design, and in economy/ecology.

However take your ignorant, ill informed anti-American bullshit and stuff it up your ass. You're just as bad, if not worse than the idiot who posted that anti-supra crap as I expect Supra owners to be a little brighter than that.

OK, stop here. Please point me the line where i was acting anti-American? Why do you even think I have something against Americans or even USA?
And why do you take my talk about car engines so personally? And why are you insulting people who are expressing their opinion, while those opinions do not insult nor conflict whith your's? No normal people (especialy Moderators), dont go out and call all people "fucking idiots" and tell them to "stuff something up their ass" or act uber leet.
And also, your post was way off topic, but thats just my remark.

You made a snide, ignorant and untrue comment, I called you on it. No need for a novel as a rebuttal.

That comment was you being an asshole, it was a snark, if you can't admit it, fine, I don't need a 1/2 page of excuses.
