Jeff from Champion or Mark from Vancouver (washington, not BC) will both ship to Canada without any complaints.
Furthermore, they are both actually good at finding this stuff. Hell, I've gotten parts through Mark shipped from Japan faster than you are getting those bearing.

The pricing from both of these guys is virtually identical. Call them both, and if there is a difference in pricing / shipping times / whatever, go with the better one.

Alrighty well I tried calling Champion and it wouldnt go though "call cannot be completed from your area" so I need to locate a non-toll free number from them. Im going to look for Marks number in the mean time and give him a call also.

Agreed. Nice to know someone who can cut through the bullshit. My local Toyota dealership quoted me $4000 for a new Engine wiring harness, and said it was impossible to get anyway. I fled. I forget exactly what Mark sells them for, but I think it was ~$500.
Most things even if they're nil stock can be remade if you're willing to wait/pay, I got a new instrument clear cover this way.
