Battery Relocation

How do you pull of a nice clean battery relocation to the trunk?

I'm doing a FFIM soon, and I wanna go ahead and get the battery out of the way. What gauge wire are you guys using? Are you running the fusebox lead to the starter or another wire to the back of the car?

I want to get rid of as much stuff under the hood as I can, including extra wires and stuff like that.

Any posts on your setups are very very welcome and appreciated.

I picked up the Painless Wiring remote battery kit that included most of what you'd need ... but I haven't got it done yet.

run a small battery.. relocated it in the engine bay?

I'm going to do one in the back under that metal tray that the wood panel bolts to. Someone posted pics of two 6v Optima batteries fit in there.

I don't remember where the pics are but all you need is a measuring tape and to go interstate batteries website for the specs on Optima 6v batteries. It's not all the complicated.
