B of A really messed up in my case, they overdrew my account .. 3 times all at once. PayPal charged my checking account instead of credit card (usually have money stored in savings and never in checking) so they over drew my account for 3 purchases through PayPal. The total of fees added up to $105 dollars, I immediately called my bank and requested assistance in person. I went to the bank and talked to their agents, they couldn't do anything to assist me in the matter. They could create thousands of accounts and approve countless credit cards, yet they couldn't reverse a transaction and refund my hard earned money. This wasn't the end of it! they thought it would be ok to have me phone in to their customer service line (while I was at their bank..?) I was put on hold for a good 30 minutes.. just so I can be told that nothing could be done. I ended up writing a formal letter to corporate, it took 2 months to get my money!! B of A, you are an asshole. Btw their overdraft protection program isnt really protection, they still charge you 10 dollars each time when the accounts goes into overdraft. <--- another situation I had to deal with because B of A fucked up. I hate them, but I can do nothing.. (still have many accounts with them today.

When you play with fire you get burnt. That is what most larger corporations and buisness are. Fire. They are on fire to make as much money as possible with little or no regards to others in there path. Honestly take your money else where and make a point to B&A that they are asshats, and you do not deal with asshats. Help your local area and economy out by, banking with a local bank, and truly enjoy the old 1 on 1 customer service a local bank would provide. It also makes it easer to obtain a loan if need be for your buisness, as they would know how reliable you are as a customer not a number. Take it for what it is worth my supra friend. Please do not feel that forcing influence you to do anything you do not want to do. :hsugh:

would have gone out to my car and wrote my last name on the check.

Yeah, too bad he wrote the check with blue ink and for some god unknown reason I do not own a blue pen to save my life.

And on top of that he is a D.M.D so his penmanship is equivalent to a 6 year old.

Thanks for the replies, it makes me feel better.

Like already stated, if you've explained to him how your business works and he still refuses to comply.. kick him to the curb.

I've been with Wachovia for seven years and not had one problem with them except the time I had a credit card with them and somehow the card company got sold to B o A. ..I couldn't pay on my credit card at Wachovia or BoA. I had to pay over the phone by fund transfer that cost forking $20!!

Yep, remove him as your customer. See what happens when he leaves for work the next day and 2-3' of snow keep his Jaguar from backing out of the garage ;)
