Fixing your girl's car
I own and operate a snow plowing business. I bill my customers and I get checks mailed to me. I have 9 accounts and one of them is problematic. Everyone else pays the fuck up but this ONE jew fuck doctor. For instance, if it snows 2 days in a row and I have to go out twice, for some reason he thinks he only needs to pay once. Well, I got a check from him yesterday, only problem is THIS time is he didn't write my last name on the check, just my first name. Whatever, go to the bank it is drawn up on, only to be told, NOPE!! And I quote "You need to have him write your name on there, or all types of bad things will happen". Yeah, like a brick hitting your face might happen if you don't pay me my fucking money. Why can't banks pay as fast as they collect?

And what is it with Bank of America and Wachovia? You need 3 forms of VALID ID PLUS your finger prints? They claim it is because I don't have an account with them. I can go to TD bank north around the fucking corner with no account, 1 ID and no fingerprint and they pay the fuck up.

I work hard for my money and when someone denys me of my gainfully accquired currency I flip the fuck out. Sorry needed to release without bodily injury/court cases.

Review the details of your contract with your customers so they understand how they pay for what work you do, and when you will do the work.

Banks are basically legalized theft, some are just slightly less crooked then others. They all have their own policies, which typically read to take in as much money as possible and give out as little money as possible. Essentially the best way to run a profitable business.

im still pretty young so i dont know much about banking except that i've been told to stay with a local bank because they are state governed or something along the lines that if the economy takes a dump my money will be safe.. my bank also has a picture id of me on their computers so all i need to do is mark my john hancock and i get my money.

Kick the problematic customer to the curb. It's not worth the hassle long term - replace him with customers that aren't problem children.

Exactly the right move.

I dropped BofA about 7 years ago. All of the cars I financed I went through other banks and Credit Unions. BofA Always had the highest interest for any loan I wanted. They would want to compete to keep my business. The last straw was my Home Loan. Again, they didn't want to compete with the mortgage lender for my business, so I closed with the other guy. I would always get the top teir interest rates with other institutuions, but BofA wouldn't give me their best rate. Sometimes thier best rate was still higher than others. So screw them.

I finally dropped them (when I closed on my home) after having the same account for 16years. I would have had 23 years with them if I would have still had the account open. I used to think that having a good long standing banking relationship with a bank meant something. But as long as they kept forcing me to get my loans through other institutions, what was the point of keeping them around.

I would have gone out to my car and wrote my last name on the check.

I did this at the license branch once...

"how did you get this signed so fast, that address is 45 minutes from here"
"oh, he just moved down the street, thats where I picked the car up"

Signed his name and everything...

This can easly be resolved with no violence, by simply going to his buisness office during the busiest time and bring with you your check that he underpaid as well as not correctly filled out, and state to his front desk reseptionist and state to her/him : " Yes I am hear to collect on underpayment and or recive a unproperly issued check for a buissness transaction. May I please speak to Dr. Asshat please. :evil2:

B of A really messed up in my case, they overdrew my account .. 3 times all at once. PayPal charged my checking account instead of credit card (usually have money stored in savings and never in checking) so they over drew my account for 3 purchases through PayPal. The total of fees added up to $105 dollars, I immediately called my bank and requested assistance in person. I went to the bank and talked to their agents, they couldn't do anything to assist me in the matter. They could create thousands of accounts and approve countless credit cards, yet they couldn't reverse a transaction and refund my hard earned money. This wasn't the end of it! they thought it would be ok to have me phone in to their customer service line (while I was at their bank..?) I was put on hold for a good 30 minutes.. just so I can be told that nothing could be done. I ended up writing a formal letter to corporate, it took 2 months to get my money!! B of A, you are an asshole. Btw their overdraft protection program isnt really protection, they still charge you 10 dollars each time when the accounts goes into overdraft. <--- another situation I had to deal with because B of A fucked up. I hate them, but I can do nothing.. (still have many accounts with them today.

The point was embarrassing them in front of their patients usually does motivate them....

Yes sir that is whole point, and it dose work. Believe I was forced to do this a couple of time, to a couple of former clients that I did landscaping for. Its amazeing on how a client expedites issues in a frendly manor, as apposed to dealing with financial issues personly at there residents. :icon_evil
