So both my front wheel bearings are shot, and there is no way im paying $432+ tax per side, so i will replace them my self. I have previously done this on my 87' N/A but was told my 88' turbo will be much more difficult. My turbo has tems and abs, wich the N/A did not, will that make a difference in my replacement, also are the bearing types different cause i still have a set of n/a front wheel bearings. finally where is the ABS sensor located.

Thanks in advance.

I had one replaced for under $100 at a local shop. I bought a bearing from autozone or somewhere, can't remember, and just said swap them out. Took about 40 min.

Having TEMS and ABS will not make it any harder. Its the same process except that you also have to unbolt the ABS wheel speed sensor (ooh, 1 bolt per side) and just to make sure that when supporting the knuckle to press the hub out that you are not on the ABS Toothed ring that is on the hub.

normally it takes about an hour, but if all the bolts are rusty then its a really messy job, it took me whole day to change those, I had to cut every single bolt on each side (rear)
