try resetting maftpro and resetting the ecu. set the base map again and leave the mainscale at 0. also use VE Table #2. the car should run without a problem, just very rich.
if your o2 sensor is connected and part throttle tracking is disabled, your vf should be fluctuating at some point once the car is warmed up
let us know what the AF ratio is after you do this

I reset the Maft pro, and update to 5.11 version don't help

Well, no good news.

few minutes ago, I replaze the CPS but dosen't fix the problem, so I'll leave the car tomorrow with the mechanic, and see if they can find the air leak.

Also I will buy a other ecu to test:3d_frown:

smoke test would be cheaper!

Pressure Test done at 15psi!.

I found few air leaks, But I think are not the root cause.

Leaks:
1.- Big one in the Throttle body (after the intake)
2.- Flange of the cold injector (very small one)
3.- Injector 1 , 2 . o ring (very small)

So not a big air leak found in the lower intake or other place that can affect the map vacuum reading.

Tomorrow I will test with other map.

Other issue that I found, if I disconnect the stock O2 the ECU don’t detect the trouble :aigo:.

I already change the O2 but the problem continues.

If I unplug the TPS or other sensor, the ECU detects the trouble.

So what do you think? :1zhelp:

I was told the pre 89 7MGTE ECU's wont throw a engine code with the stock o2 unplugged(heater circuit code IIRC). My car doesn't throw the code, same setup as you, maftpro 3 bar, pre 89..., I always run with it unplugged to force open loop.

But on that note, I have gotten it once...:dunno:

Good work on finding your problem.
