34 means the Hz signal is out of its expected range (higher). That is fuel cut. And since the 31 is not with 24, you can rule out filtered ground (E2).

An engine with a Bad AFM would have rough idle, wouldn't start that easily The engine would stall quickly under a load or quick revving

Over fuelling can be caused by defective AFM.
