first fix the codes, then put the stock AFM back on you should be fine after that

Fixed all codes including the code 52 today. The only code left is the afm code 32. I checked the afm with a multimeter and it's bad. Well not bad but completely mutilated. It does not check out with any resistances on any leads.

A slight omission from the first post! You sure about code 32? That's only for 7M-GEs. 31 is what you should be seeing.

All codes fixed exept the knock sensor gives a codes after it runs lean under boost (obviously). After cleaning and rebuilding all of the tank pieces and rewiring the afm, knock, tps, temp sensors, and most grounds it rans much much better. I later found out that the fuel pump is actually not strong enough. Since it has 160000 miles on it and then sat for 3 years I kind of expect it. So My next step is replacing it with the Walbro.
