Avcr issue

I have to the best of my knowledge connected the avcr correctly, but i have no control of the boost whatsoever. According to the stock boost gauge, i'm boosting 8 with the needle going a little over 8 (like filling up your gas tank, goes over the "F" mark). According to the avcr i'm boosting around .5-.6. No matter what I set the boost/ duty cycle to, i get the same readings. What could be wrong?

I have the COM port connected to the actuator and the NO port connected to the sompressor housing. I have the avcr boost sensor "tapped" into the fpr vacuum line. All vacuum lines that I needed to do the job, were 12" or less.

All wiring is correct, all other data is correct.

what is that extra wire sticking out from the controller's connector?

Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I don't thinkt he stock gauge is very accurate.
Secondly, it could be that the avcr is reading in bar.

ok, so i got it workin, thanks for the interest in helping.

what i did...

- set the boost to .8
- set the duty cycle to 55%
- set the f/b to 6/5/5/5/5

don't know how to fine tune the damn thing, but thats what i'm running at the moment.

any suggestions on where to put the settings would be great!

i turned feed back off in the low gears. take it to a good tuner and have it tuned or just run low boost till you get fuel mods or what you would like. but To have it tuned with a safc night and day man!!!
