Auto to 5 speed swap

I'm doing a full na-t swap.
Originally my car is a 1987 Supra, 7mge, 5 speed.
I bought an engine that was blown with everything needed to swap. So I'm doing it.

However, I ran into a few problems. The ECU is a auto ecu, same for the harness.

I have searched and no luck on how to wire the Neutral Safety switch.

Also upon my searching, found there were problems with an auto ECU on the 5 speed engine.

Can anyone verify and help? I'd be MORE THAN THANKFUL.

8 pages of searching, 40+ threads, no luck and got the "Please try your search again in XX seconds" at least 50 times.

I swapped out my auto ECU for a manual one, But you don't have to.

I have an auto harness on my 7MGTE swap, I was 5-speed before and still am, so you don't "need" a 5-speed harness...

There are two harnesses connectors near the starter you have to splice (I havent done mine yet, they are just kinda dangling there )
