ATP Wastegate Adapter

I wanted to know if anyone ever bought the HKS to Tial wastegate adapter. It is suppose to be used on a manifolds that have HKS flanges and it allows you to use the Tial 46mm wastegate. I ordered one for ATP awhile back it neither wastegate lines up. Wanted to know if anyone else had the same problem, or did they just send me the wrong thing.

I bought one, But im a bit of an idiot i didnt read it all i just read tial to hks and i have a 40mm tial and was trying to adapt to the flang on my ebay mani and it didnt line up. Im not sure what hks wastegate its for. But im supprised to hear that your tial didnt line up, ive ordered alot of parts from those guys and they have never sent me wrong stuff.
