Hey, has anyone ever played a real-life game where you try to "assasinate" the other players?

Basically you're given a "mark" and you have to eliminate them with fake "weapons" such as tobasco sauce for "poison" or a little piece of paper with a picture of a bomb stuck somewhere the person you are trying to eliminate might get hit by it.

another example would be putting a little cardboard box with a watch set to go off in 30 minutes...when they get in their car. something not dangerous they realise they've been hit, and are out...

i'm asking because i wanted to hear some thoughts and opinions on it before i say i'll play.......i would just do it but in light of the Virginia Tech killings and other violence/death/killing in the news these days it feels a bit funny. also, it feels a bit odd because its a secrative thing i cannot tell anyone i personally know about it...which pretty much means no parents or teachers can see/know/hear about it.

here's a wikipedia article on it, it explains it quite well..

anybody done it before? what do you think? was it worth the while? i'm in school too so i'm not sure if it will make things too busy...

Ya, it didn't work out very well. The one I signed up for was a round robin style thing, so if you killed your mark, they had to give you the ID card for their mark, and you worked your way around the circle until there was only one person left.

In my case, it never got that far. The group playing was too large, and a large portion of it gave up long before we fought down to a single winner.
