My girlfriend close the lights when I change the lamp. I cant move my finger for 2 days

Sounds like you have the old OEM sealed beams, you can't swap bulbs in them.

Yeh I thought mine werent the same. where do you get the ones hes got from? Are those aftermarket or are they from a 90s+ car cause mines an 88.

That's why you remove the fuse shown in the article

this is for 89 and up 87 88 are sealed.. i just replaced mine on monday.

They're all sealed, it doesn't matter on year.
