I just received my ARP head studs and am about to put them in. I was wondering if anyone else has done this upgrade for a 7M-GE. But my main question is the torque spec. My book says 59 lb-ft and the ARP instructions say 90 lb-ft. So which do I use, or what have other people done when installing them and then torquing the head? Thanks.
