Just need good snow tires!! I have 4 Toyo Grit HT's or something on the g35 and it gets me anywhere. I have been impressed by it to say the least.

The one time I drove the Supra in the snow was fine with snow tires. I tried once with the summer tires and slid down my drive way to the snow bank and there is stayed for a week lol!!

Looks like more snow is coming tomorrow night and all day Wednesday.

Jeremy

p.s. sucks about the thermostat, was it a Toyota one?

LOL, I stayed home, I don't take the bus, especially if I go to work which already takes me 40 mins on a good day, and that's in a car. :aigo:

Nah, I have a holiday now. I would go if I could move but unless the snow melts in my lane way, I will be home tomorrow too. My car is like a snow plow! We have over a foot of snow here!

Yeah I'm working from home also, no way I was going ot drive in to work when I can do it all here.

The Trac and stability control on the g35 are nice, take a bit to get used to. With it lowered its not getting around too good right now, it just pushes a wall of snow. It dose keep going at least and has not got stuck yet.

I measured today and at my place I got 35cm of snow yesterday :naughty:

yeah im just not to fond of traction control, the supra's ABS doesnt even go when im slipping while braking it thinks im just stopped! lol

yeah the bmw is so low that the front is about 3in off the ground the bumper that is without the lip! but still hasn't got stuck also which is good.

i still have to measure the snow in burnaby, its still snowing at my work it sucks!:aigo:

welll.. its been a while since posted updates.

here it is car is off the road offically. i started my car in the morning and i warmed it up them all of a sudden i thought it was a BHg cause there was coolent pour and hising out of the supra like a fountain! i shut her down and opened the hood and i found that the bolts holding the thermostat housing is gone and pour for the cap!

so im parking her to fix all the little things that need to be done and doing a IC pipe set-up with that 24x12x3 IC, and also trying to make a mk4 TRD tower bar fit as it was welding in half and i test fitting but doesnt clear the hood :(.

stay tuned!

I love that new Sig picture! But WTF is up with the front bumper. It may be in this thread, but I'm getting a late start tonight. I haven't read this thread.

haha thanks man, well the front bumper the previous owner hit a snow bank and bent the frame rail and pushed the bumper in. so as its parked im pulling the bumper off and dropping the bumper off to a bodyshop and the car to a frame shop. the molding still good but yeah needs work, thats why i tried to cover it with my LC plate :evil2::icon_bigg
