Aristo harness and AEM EMS???

Just wanted to make sure I'm on the right track. The JDM 2jzgte Aristo motor and wiring harness will work with an AEM EMS setup correct?? I swapped an Aristo 2jzgte motor into my MK3 Turbo 5spd Supra and mated the MA70 dash wiring to the Aristo engine harness, it starts and revs out nicely on the stock Aristo ECU. I've searched and haven't really derived a clear response. The car starts and runs but just wanna make sure I can plug an AEM Unit into it. Thanks guys.

P.S. As far as fuel pump wiring I have a whole switch setup dedicated for that function thats seperate from the ECU fuel pump trigger so if thats one of the differences in the Aristo and Supra harnesses then I have that covered. Also I got an ECUA plug from an SC300 and wired all the wires from the dash (Big grey junction block/harness) of the Aristo to it so I could plug it into the Aristo ECU. Thanks

I've wired this setup before on a 1j. Then you can use one of the aem outputs (I used ls2) for triggering the mk3 fp relay. Works like a dream.

So the Aristo Pinouts will work with the AEM EMS? Sorry, I'm just confused. I wired the ECUA plug up to the junction block and the dash wiring of my car, starts and runs fine but I'm under the impression that it will NOT work with the AEM EMS unledd you have a USDM harness, I got this info from supraforums.com

Yea, itll work fine (like I said in the PM). You can setup AEM to control the fuel pump as aphexro said as well. I think you'll wire it to A24 on the ecu pin out. Not 100% sure on that, just look at the AEM pin outs available on their site.
