I visited the local IRS office a couple weeks ago and the answer I got from them was unfortunate. If you used a tax service like H&R Block, software like Tax Act, etc., EVEN IF you used DD, you will be mailed a paper check. You have to look your S/N up on the check schedule.

Mine is not due to be mailed out until the end of June.

Crazy I got mine by check. #97 . I actually called the IRS and complained about a problem I had before and I asked for it in a check, even though it was supposed to be DD. Awesome.
