In another month or so I'm gonna pop me acouple of boar with my 6.8SPC AR build. Then come October I'll get me acouple more bucks. Going to have a lot of meat this winter.

Are you going to get/already have a Stagg Arms AR? Or soemthing different?

All my AR stuff is built by me. Stag Arms uses the impropper 1:10 twist rate instead of 1:11, so I wouldn't use one of their uppers.

The 6.8 rig:
Mega lower, Magpul CTR stock, Ko-tonics 6.8 upper.

Firearm design is a long way from my expertise, so I will gladly take your word. But why did the Army move to 1:7 when the moved to the heavier M855 round? Becuase they are the Army? That is one twist in 11 inches if memory is correct.
