Apexi Power FC

Is anyone on here running a Power FC with there 1JZ set-up? If so, what are your impressions, and what about tune-ability?

I have the PFC on my 1jz/sc. for minor adjustments using the commander is great but to really be efficient tuning you need to get the datalogit interface and software. This allows alot more adjustments and the ease of a laptop. I just got my datalogit from an ebay dealer.

yep my roommate has one on his FD wish i could find one for a decent price its quite nice. On that note rx-7 guys get theirs for like 600 with commander WTF is up with ours at 1300 minimum no commander.

$336 shipped from TX from RX7MAN on ebay. seems to be a dealer.
Noone here wanted to tune it will I got the datalogit !

Thank you guys for the imput.:icon_bigg I think this is the route I will go when I go single turbo on my car. Local tuner is very good with this, and has extracted some very good numbers from it, on RB 25/26 powered cars.

I tried the same for a while and finally broke down and bought it, got lucky and found that ebay dealer and saved $$

anyone know what the PN on one of these is for? i have a MKIII 1jz-GTE JZA70 Supra motor. i have a lead on one and need to match part numbers.

I just googled that part number and that seems to be for a chaser JZX100 build years 9/96-7/01
looks like you should have 4E14T05Y

Hey guys. I work at an authorized power excel shop and I can honestly say the map 1jz boxes are a fucking pain to get. If you can find one they are awesome but man. The problem is it's an AP engineering box not apex. We've had 5 of them on order forever.

It's probably easier to get a used one. Oh yeah and I can pretty much guarantee we have the best powerfc tuner in the NW

I can get jzx100 easy. Maybe I can mod one to work with the old stuff.
