Hello,
Is anyone an expert on these things?
I connected mine correctly, at least I think so. 2x ground, 1x rpm, 1x speed, 1x power, 1x throttle. It is possible to show all values from those 4 inputs so everything should be wired correctly.
-The manifold boost lines are run to the same place as my aftermarket boost-gauge.
-COM is connected to the stock wastegate on my CT-26
-the ON is connected to the stud on the turbo that previously went to the wastegate actuator.
For some reason I cannot seem to get more than 0.43 kg/cm2 (bar) which is stock.
The duty cycle was set to 30 to begin with and I tried 40..50..60..70..80..90 but It did not seem to change anything. Boost was set to 0.7 bar which is before fuel-cut. but still nomore than 0.43 bar on the gauge and the avc.
The gear self learning... how does it work? Do you just enter the gear learning menu and it does everything by itself? Does it show when its done learning? The manual is very limited in details on this point.
The boost/duty menu is set to 0.7 kg/cm2 and 30% duty. Now, the manual says that above 85% throttle it will enter self learning. It does not seem as if it does that. Do you just drive around with the foot planted thru all gears for it to adjust?
I placed NE-point Ne1 at 2000 and ne2 at 2500 and so on for the rest. Is this okay for the mk3?
Feedback is set to 5 thru all gears. if i turn them of, will this decrease my error-margin?
Start Duty is set to 0 all the way.
Car select is 6 cyl 4 spd and UP arror for Thr.
Next, gear judge... wtf is this?
I drove in 1st and checked the N/S and entered that value in 1st gear, it was 110
Did the same with the rest of the gears.
The solenoid is placed rather far away from the turbo and wastegate, could this have any effect?
Sincerely,
Michael L. Ærbo
