Anyone with a 1 locating pin C's shifter here?

I just got one, I wanna see if what I'm feeling is correct.

1 locating pin? I don't follow. I have one, what are you feeling? Mine is very notchy and catches through the neutral range.

Aie, I figured it out, I had TONS of play with the shifter. up and down and side to side.

I decided to put my shifter seat back in, and put the little black piece with 2 notches on top. No more play, smooth shifts.


1 locating pin, as in the ont little pin that goes into the ball of the shifter. I wish i took pics of it before I put it in
