Has anyone used the KYB GR-2 struts on their MKIII before? How good or bad are they? I like the price.

Struts don't lower the car. Springs lower the car. If you keep the stock springs, you'll keep the stock ride height.
I have 4 brand new ones in box in my garage, just waiting for me to have the time to install.
