Anyone seen/ tried/ Have these gauge over lays for Dash lighting?

Has anyone seen/tried/ have these? They are not the Speed hut" kind. They would be nice except for the fact the gauge over lays aren't exactly right. The speedo and and the tach are off.

I saw these on eBay a while back. Wasn't sure about them. Not certain I like the overall look. I bought my Supra with a set of indiglo gauge faces already in place, and they don't light up reliably- very annoying when driving at night, especially since the speedo is inaccurate to begin with. Since I didn't install them, not sure if they are overlays or replacements, so I'm not sure how best to plan on getting rid of them.

I had the white versions, they were okay, but very ricer-like..

so I replaced them with blue LEDs...
