And I grew up (and still reside) 2 hours north of NYC, less than a mile from the Hudson River. I used to go swimming in there all the time, tubing (towed behind a boat), water skiing, fishing, and eat 'dems fishes, etc...

Sometimes I'd complain at night that the lights wouldn't go off. I couldn't sleep. Then my mother kindly informed me that the lights were off, it was ME that was glowing.

I'm not dead yet!

I'm really not concerned at all. Every few years there's some new super-sickness that is supposed to bring the entire nation to its knees and cripple children and kill our first-borns and turn our dogs into goats and remove our valve stems and... and... and...

Whatever. Just like everything else, there's a bunch of panic, and I'm not convinced anything will really come of it. Wash your hands, don't lick door-knobs, use common sense, and you'll be fine.

On a serious note... Idk how many people on this forum board are a butcher or have been. but when every1 heard about the "Swine" H1N1 Virus, we really didnt sell any pork product at all. so basicly, its kind of hurting my job.

but so u all know YOU CANT GET IT FROM EATING PORK!!!! so go buy whole pork loins and Shoulder roasts. :naughty:
