Anyone race their MKIII Supra with an Eagle Talon TSI AWD?

Hey guys I'm 16 and saving up for a Supra for a LONG time and my friend has also been saving money for his Eagle Talon TSI AWD and we are always arguing about which car will do better in a race. I realize this is a forum for us Supra fans but try to give your honest opinion:icon_bigg.I also want to know how you guys feel about the Talon vs Supra stock and also with mods and please tell us if you have ever raced your Supra against a Talon or if you have a Talon TSI AWD and have raced a Supra.

From a dig, a stock supra would most likely lose. What year talon? A 1G or 2G? They are quite a bit lighter than a supra and aren't that far off on power IIRC. What? 210BHP? Versus 230BHP? Find out what year it is and the weight of it and that will give you a better picture.

If your lucky, the stock supra won't BHG during the race .

We both just drive around for the hell of it but neither one of us has actually raced and by the way he wants the 1995 model so I'm not too sure about the exact specs.

yeah I was planning to add a turbo kit becuz i wanna run 11s and believe me I'm not just some lil kid dreaming I know its going to take time and effort and also lots of money so I was just wondering if anyone can recommend a good turbo kit or something for the 7MGTE that will hold up to about 500-600 horsepower

You'd have to build the motor to run anywhere NEAR 11s

First thing I recommend is a JDM flame suit....:nono: :nono: :nono:

No MKIII is going to last but maybe a couple of runs if your lucky and don't break it on the first run, when trying to get into the 11's by just putting on a turbo kit. Preventative maintenance is the key.

Search is going to be your dearest friend on here, what you want has been covered on here many times, good luck.

OK well I have seen 11 second 7M's and even 10 seconds so I thought it was possible but judging by what you guys are saying its either impossible or just stupid.
