I though I saw HID kits for the Camaro lights on Ebay. Not sure how well they would work, though. Think I'm gonna hit the junkyards and see if I can find those or the Cutlass lights for a test fit on my parts car.

I haven't seen a set that I've liked yet, until I looked at yours. Nice pattern! If you could come up with a nice kit, including a metal or fibreglass trim piece to clean it up, I'd be all over it.

Wow this guy has a nice set-up & doesn't realize he can make money outta his work, Be nice if he started making them to sell but there is alot of people that are cheap & that wouldn't help....

are there H4 housings that have a plastic/polycarbonate lense? im afraid of trying to cut glass and messing it up.

plus, once the glass lense is cut for a lower profile... reassembling it would be the next hurdle...

the stock headlights are only 7" wide right? the projector assemblies are 4.5" wide, 3.28" tall and 5.65" deep. that leaves LESS than 3" to install a halogen high beam side by side. any ideas about that?

I used the Grand prix/Camaro bulbs in my retrofit, and was able to install HID bulbs into the housings. It's not as ideal as a proper projector, but it was much easier to install. I did a complete write-up here, you may find some helpful ideas: http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18540

not bad... man, i REALLY want cutoff though. s2000, TSX, TL... you know what i mean. its the heater!

are those round lights adequate for highbeams? i was thinking that once i manage to get projectors inside of an H4 housing, that leaves me with like 2.5" to put another light in there for a high beam.

Not a lip, Greddy or Gracer front bumper.

No, they're not great for high beams. I'm thinking of adding some supplemental high beam lighting in the fog lamp area.
