M8 is too small.

The correct thread is M10x1.25

Thanks! It looks like theres a majority at M10X1.25.

Did anyone get a definitive answer one this? Also does ARP make a kit(hey why not) for it or just piece together with high grade hardware store fasteners?

...Yes, its an old thread but its what I found when I searched, rather than start a new thread I figure just reply.

Seems like you're looking for flex plate or arp bolts for them.

since you're auto best bet would be the dealer.

Bellhousing to case bolts are infact M10 x 1.25.... I dont recall the exacty lenght but as long as the stick out past the bellhousing by atlest 1/2" you'll be fine. Longer would be better but you dont want to bottom out so just dont go to long.

The bearing retainer housing in the face of the trans using M8 x 1.25...

i bet i got the right size laying around my shop...somewhere

Haha, you must be like me and save every nut and bolt that you dont end up using dont you...

I've got like 3 or 4 5gallon buckets filled with nuts and bolts that are nothing but metric, then probably 2 more that are nothing but SAE...

What about the bell housing to block, anyone got those sizes?

Im going to be doing my 5 speed swap and want to try and track down all new fasteners ahead of time to be ready. I know Ill end up missing something but the more I can stock up now the better.
