however don't grow a dependance...you need to let your body rest...i work 7 nights in a row 12hour shifts.. from 6pm to 6am I work.. from 7am to 230pm I sleep...I don't get more..I don't get less...once your body gets into a routine it will maintain itself very well..but you must have that routine...and you must get a decent amount of sleep

Monsters are my pick, they even make one now thats called XXL, its about another half a can larger. 3 servings in one can. I had one in 15 mins one time, I was fuckin tripping out from my mind from all that.
Had Monsters they don't do a lot.
Jenny, I only have the frapp's when I'm in the mood for something sweet.
My 'regular' drink is an Iced Venti Quad Caramel Macchiato. Yeah I know its got tons of caramel, but it still has the 4 shots espresso. When I was really asleep a few days ago (when I started the thread) I had it w/ 5 shots. Still really didn't do much.
I've had straight double espressos before. Hmmmm....actually a quad espresso macchiato just might do the trick, strong enough taste to wake you up on that alone.

Lanky, I'd like to get into a routine but my schedule is really weird. I usually get to bed around 12ish, then 3 days a week I hafta be at school @ 7 for choir, so I'm up at 5.30, the other 2 days its 8 for normal hours so I'm up at 6.20, then Sat I sleep till whenever, Sun its church so like 2 Suns a week around 9ish to be there at 10.30, then the other 2 im up at about 7.30 to be there at 9 to run either the slides or lighting. So I get huge differences in the amount of sleep I get per night.
Your schedule looks like it sucks ass tho!
