Mport says they are not that company any more, before that it was Motovicity.
I was told that Hitachi put this product on back-order indefinitely.
So you would likely need a huge demand for this product for them to justify tooling up in Japan to make another run of these specific shocks.
I would guess a minimum order of 5,000 full sets, but they do not give any specific information.
They then ship all necessary components to the US distributor, which pieces everything needed for each shock together and boxes them up.
That's how they have it set up from what I understand.
