Anyone ever fry a turkey?

Deep frying is all in the oil you use. I fry a whole chicken every now and then, comes out much better than a kfc one, since i pick the best stuff to use for it.

I still think the bbq'd turkey i made was the most delicious one ive ever had though.

You can reuse oil but only a certain number of times.
The more you use it the more flavor it will add but it will go bad after awhile.

I about had my nose broken by the turkey we fried. Luckily, it was very good!
