If i have tems and need to replace the old peeling ones, i would just sand them down and repaint mine instead of buying new ones. Thats just me though. I saw the alloy button few days ago. They look nice!

Who is that seller? Almost looks like it could be a well respected member here. I will ask, who gets in your car, and says WoW! Look at those beautiful PAINTED buttons? Lights or not, these will get noticed in your car. And, do you not know already what each one does? This is another custom part being made for our cars, and people are bitching about the price for it. I wonder why MKIII owners have the reputation we have?

I'm not bitching about the price, only that they don't light up (I'm the crazy guy that tore some of my switches apart to fix the lights in them).

I bought these a few years ago, and they are great quality. It is well worth the price. Very durable, look great, and never worry about peeling again.

If you want to add up the time and materials required to do this, the price isn't that bad. If you guys wants a better price, maybe you should contact the seller and arrange a group buy? I might be interested in that if the price is right. For now, though, a few old buttons are about dead last on my list of things to do/spend more money on. lol
