Any Tips for Removing the Diff?

I have finally decided to swap my badly leaking diff for another that has been patiently sitting in my garage. I put an hour in this morning, and have removed the 4 14mm bolts that connect the diff to the driveshaft, have loosend the 2 front 19mm bolts, have removed the 2 rear 17mm upper bolts, and loosened the lower 2. I'm calling it a day since there are other things that need to be done.

I think I next have to unbolt the axles, and that should be it, right? Am I missing anything?

Thanks.

Ben

You will still have a fight on your hands once all the bolts are out! The axles usually give me fits coming off on my parts cars. I've has some take me longer to get the axles off than it took to get all the bolts off. Support it with a jack underneath.
