My first car was a 1970 Gran Torino. At the time I thought it was the fastest thing around. It had a 302 in it and my supra would have ran circles around it, but at fifteen it seemed fast. It would roast the tires at will, and that's really all I wanted out of a car back then...........:biglaugh:

I do miss my first car. Kind of. It was an 89 Shelby CSX. One of 1000 made. The car was mint from the time I bought it, till the time I sold it 5 years later. I still get a lot of people asking me about that car, and I haven't had it in almost 5 years. Fast little fucker. Sold it for the supra.

I kinda do and I kinda don't... I had an 87 Barina... Was immaculate in and out (bought it off a little old lady who had had it since new), but it wasn't quick enough for me, and stupid people who can't drive managed to write it off twice....

My first was a 1985 Toyota Pickup, 2WD, 22R powered. Also, it wasn't a 5 speed, but a 4 speed, lol. I do miss it, alot, actually. I donated it back in my senior year of high school, and then saw it in Denver one evening on my way to school, like 2 years later. It was great to see it still running! Though part of me figures its probably scrap by now... :( Funny this thread popped up, I was just reflecting on all my previous cars earlier today....

97 escort station wagon, I wish I had that car back. T-boned through an intersection, totaled because of air bags and a broken axle.

I had a 94 cavalier that by some miracle could get over 40mpg. I still don't understand the logic behind that one, I think it had BHG by the time I sold it, but you know what they say about chevy: "it'll run like shit forever!" :p

Miss it for the mileage, but miss my first Supra WAY more, it was such a nice car by the time I sold it... should have bought it back :(

I had a 1985 Celica Supra completely restored. Went to Mexico for some vacations and get a call from my brother, and he totalled when he tailed fish into a jeep. Saddest day of my life :'(

I still got my 86.5 supra and still love it. just poured $$ in it to keep it up but its worth it. I got stuck driving a 94 teal transport the first year. i got mocked so bad but since it installed the purple fuzzy dice its the pimp-mobile. I still like driving the van cuz I can smoke some of the hondas out there and they feel like shit after getting smoked by a fricken Van.:biglaugh:

I posted earlier but didn't have pics. I scanned some today.

It's my 1978 Caprice Classic. A family car I know but it was mine that I bought with my own money made from washing golf carts at a country club. I didn't want something that everybody else had, i.e. shortbed chevrolets, cragars, echotips and mullets.

She was true party wagon though. Good times...**sighs**
BTW, I've still those hubcaps.

I destroyed her on Dec 2, 1987 at 6:02 pm by rearending a Suburban on S. Hulen Blvd in Fort Worth. It was two weeks to the day after I had gotten seperated from the Air Force because of asthma. I had a string of bad luck for a while.
