antifreeze drip

ok i fixed the overheating and everything is good,till i warmed her up today and looked under her and saw for some reason she is leeking antifreeze near the transmission.the way it looks is like antifreeze is leeking from the top of the transmission.does'nt make sense to me.i looked in the radiator and it's alittle low.does anybody know why antifreeze is leeking from around the transmission?:1zhelp::1zhelp::1zhelp:

Back of the head, there's a small 90 deg rubber hose that connects the banjo fitting on the head to the hard line going around the block....the connection is on the passenger side. Sounds like yours is leaking...you want to fix this ASAP if it is. If it bursts, you will lose ALL of your coolant in a very short time...a huge over heat will result. I got a blown head gasket for this exact reason.

X2. I had this problem right after my bhg repair because the hose fitting was not tight enough. It leaked down the tranny bellhousing onto the ground. I used a generic hose from checker and it needed some extra force of clamping to get it to stop leaking.

I'll be replacing it with a toyota hose when I get a chance.

Thanks guys,that was the problem. rite at the bottom of the hose was a crack in the hose.I replaced it and no more antifreeze drip.Thanks again.
