Another "where does this hose go?" thread

I have looked through all the tsrm diagrams and threads on this site, but i must be missing something....

its an 87 turbo 5 speed, had ac and cruise but long gone thanks to PO.

The hose is connected to the rail and just hanging there, I cant find where it needs to go.

Flame if you must, but I'm stumped. :icon_conf
