i'm bad, i'm nationwide
b-day tomorrow
i was driving along the road this afternoon, reflecting on the things i have learned in the last year,. thought i would share them with ya'll

1. rebellious teenager+cell phone+digital camera+internet will always lead to bad things...very bad

2. if the wheel looks good, and is priced good, it won't fit a mk2

3. sbc will not just bolt in with custom motor mounts

4.if you take a last-minute trip to vegas to del parts to blksupra87, it is best to tell your wife its blksupra87, not "some chick from the internet" ...she will still be pissed several weeks later

5.if you are going to name names, be shure and name the right name

6.always point the loading hose with crude oil in it away from your face when pulling the cap off of it. crude+heat+time+sealed hose=pressure..lots of it

7. wipe twice

8. a couple of months ago i was watching a busload of cheerleaders in their short skirts taking a break from the road at a truck stop.
when did i go from young stud to creepy old guy?

oh, they're on the car, in the shop, like 10 feet away from me, i might get a chance to pull them in a few days...i'm still tring to decide which car to do first mk2 or 3...looks like a front-sump ford might be a little easier to pull off in mk2 than sbc...decisions decisions...goitng to have to pick up a wrench pretty soon...silv coming up fast

hey think you could photoshop mk2 with shaved moldings in a copper color?(kinna like dodge is using)
i know you are good withthat kind of stuff...

you do know it takes only like 5 minutes to pull those molding off

crikey, you just take a flathead screwdriver and gently pry. the clips should come out fine as long as you don't he-man it.

yeah...that's what i thought when i pulled the moldings off of the 88

didn't work out too well for me...that's why i start with a part's car/mock up car first tear it up first to learn, then go for the real project

although that nova posted in cs makes me think....why not just use parts car?
