Got it. Here is my question that I can ask anybody to determine which side of town I am in, along with my handy dandy explanation of why:

"Do you live in the side of town that we are in right now?"

If you are in the east side of town:
and you happen to ask a truth telling east sider, he will answer "Yes"
and you happen to ask a lying SOB west sider, he will answer "Yes"

if you are in the west side of town:
and you happen to ask a truth telling east sider, he will answer "No"
and you happen to ask a lying SOB west sider, he will answer "No"


Therefore, regardless of who you ask, a yes answer to this question means you are currently in the East side of Supraville, and a no answer to this question means you are currently in the West side of town.

Do I win??????? and where is this Supraville?

As stated earlier JMDigital got it right.

The only question I have ever found to work is "Do you live on this side of Supraville?"

Here's the logic:

A east sider will answer Yes in the east, No in the west since he always tells the truth.
A west sider will answer Yes in the east, No in the west since he always lies.

I'll see if I can remember any other ones, I used to know quite a few.
