So long story short...I was hosing down my car with it running and it sudden just shut off on me. Think it got hydrolock or something...I pull all the plugs and blow out the cylinders, but they looked dry except for the little oil from valve covers.
searched through every related thread on SM to find a solution but came up with nothing.
Ok so I've checked for continuity of all the ignition and fuel related wires to and from the ECU
NO injector pulse checked with noid lights
NO CODES
plugs are dry even after cranking for awhile
there is spark at all plugs
there is fuel running through the system when ignition on with fp and b+ jumped
fuel pressure is strong when disconnecting a line but not sure if its at spec
has compression
proper timing
will not start even with starting fluid
no starting sounds that sound like it might start either.....
using wall charger to jump it at 14v when starting but nothing still
I HAVE NO MODS AT ALL. 100% stock motor
checked for proper operation/resistance of:
circuit opening relay
all fuses
efi relay
fuel pump resistor box
injector resistor box. tried another one too
ignitor. tried another one too
coil-packs tried another set as well
high tension cords also tried another set of cords too
new spark plugs
CPS ..also tried another CPS too
AFM also tried another too
so do you think the
ECU IS DEAD????
