Does he care to explain how the fuck the stock linkage is going to work?

Looks to be an IAC flange on the bottom, how are you gonna get air to it?

It's made out of steel, yeah, let's make something that's HEAVIER than stock...

Looks a lot like one I did last year as a one off:

Of course minus these facts:
Mine was aluminum
4" pipe VS his at 2.5" or 3"
Don't have to have solid mounts to run it.

But in response to his manifold good to see people are trying to develop new products but I must say steel is crazy. Hanging it out that far without a support when the stock one out of aluminum has a support. I wouldn't be suprised if it doesn't pull the studs out of the head over time.

But as Tun X showed there are much better ways to do it and even better ways on the way :naughty:

You sure that is the best way? ;)

Best would be in the eye of the beholder.:aigo:

The guy that built the steel manifold may very well believe his is the best.

And you may be very inclined to believe yours is the best, etc.

Seth: whats the wall thickness on the plenum and flange that you used there?

I think it's a clean oem look and I dig it plus it looks like it would get good air flow but thats just from the looks of it.I'm sure that you could make something to slow better. All tho at about 1,000 bucks I don't think it's worth it.But for 600$ you could better than this ebay one.

Plenum is .125" wall. I think the flange started as 3/4" and then was tapered to make it so the manifold fit correctly!
