another mistery wire thread

its right below the fuse box on the intake side behind the battery it has 2 wires hooked up to it one is either white or yellow with a black strip and the other is like green or blue or something.. its hard to tell cuz there really dirty and old..

Not without making sure that's what it is.
(needs to be on a relay to run a fan)

ill hook up a volt meter up to it and see what i get... i couldent find anything else that wasent hooked up...
