hey guys
well my plan is to at least break 500rwhp on 18 psi, and do around 600 on 25-28psi.
do you think its doable?
i'm be running a t66dbb.
mods being done are ross pistons coated, eagle rods, toyota main bearings, clevite rod bearings, thrust washers, arp everywhere, cometic headgasket, engine girdle, modified oil pan (holds more oil) shimmed oil pump, ebay header with full 4inch exhaust, 788cc injectors, dual in tank pumps, and most likely meth injection. I will also be running a ebay intercooler, and a hks type 2 bov. I'm going to be keeping the stock intake mani, and maybe later on upgrading to a ffim.
Also, i'm putting back in the stock clutch fan.
And probably just wire in a push fan infront of the radiator on a temp switch so when the car shuts off and it gets hot the fans will come on still.

For tuning i will be using the maf pro, and i'm running a mine's ecu as well.
I also got my hands on the comp valve springs because i plan to rev to at least 7500 on the 6m crank.
I know it will be tough to do w/o cams, but they will be installed a little later.

My question is, are my goals feasible?

what else would you guys suggest that i do?

While I'm not certain if the turbo vs. psi while net you the power you're looking for, the supporting mods look like they can handle what you're after & then some.

ok

anything is doable, the question is how long you want the engine to live? Do you know what the Mine's ecu was tuned for? That might be my only and biggest concern.

My feeling is that you probably wont break 500 at 18psi (probably more close to 475ish), and will be right on at 600 at 28 psi. The meth injection will help a bit, but i believe the turbo is just a bit on the small side for those #s.

Everythign else seems up to par though, and i agree with Figs on the mines ECU, since i personally am not familiar with how they are programmed.

I believe i can just add some fuel in if necessary with the maf pro

Slow66 yes i know the turbo will max out at only 650 max because its only a p trim.

I think i will upgrade to a x trim later on down the road

hmm you can add fuel via the maft pro but that is scaling. Are you aware that any mucking with the AFm signal effects timing? No? Well now you do.

Look at your compressor map and figure out how much it will flow at the pressure ratio's you want to run and use this as a guide, the motor is just a pump so xx in = xx out.
(rough guide is 500hp is around 50 lbs/min)

figgie ya i understand what your saying
the injectors will be bigger then 550cc so most likely i will be pulling fuel, and yes it will affect timing, same like a safc, just like a map ecu, etc.
