It certainly is possible.
The best way to makek sure all is well is to mointor your vf signal, you should see 2.5V between the Vf terminal in the check connector and ground if th evehicle is running properly

Everything's possible. You need to tell us what AF's you're running... just take it easy till your WBo2 shows up. No sense in beating on it till you know.

Vf does not tell you if you're running rich or lean. It tells you what the ECU is doing to compensate for fuel. The only sure fire method is with a wideband O2, or an EGT will give you a rough estimate. Even the stock O2 reading will be more accurate then Vf. If you don't have an EGT or WBO2 then I wouldn't recommend going over 12psi, but even that could possibly be dangerous because with the Lexus AFM you've now in effect modified FCO. Gauges are expensive, but replacing a blown motor is even more expensive. I'm sure you'd rather be slow for the show, then blow your motor at the show.
