8 months is pretty steep, but obviously you've never done business with Flatlander....
They had my money for about a year, OK just from April to October before I got the parts. (7 months, so why am I complaining... LOL)
Oh, that's right, the parts arrived, but they were the wrong ones.. Did not fit together, and then when I paid to have them fixed, they told me it was my own problem.... LOL And then I discovered they overcharged me, and they told me that was my own problem too.....
Lucky for me, I charge a lot of money every year in business travel. Over 65,000 is normal. So, the credit card company was not too happy when I called them with this news. And after much discussion, cussing and hang up's I finally got my money from Flatlander via the CC company. (Flatlander never paid me a dime, they just had the money removed from their account by the CC company as is the agreement with any company that does business via CC. They agree to let the CC mitigate or arbitrate any disputes.)
I don't know 935 Motorsports, but if your acting like Flatlander, I hope you get treated like Flatlander.
