yesterday a parking enforcment officer came to my house and asked if the celica in the front of my house was my car, i said yes and she said "im going to give you a ticket because california requires you to have 2 licence plates" i told her that someone stole our plates and that its registered, we even reported this to the police department. she told me "well you still need to have 2 licence plates and it still has to be registered" i told myself what ever bitch. and then she said she was going to give my uncles black taurus a ticket because it doesnt have 2 plates, so my uncle gets the ticket and ri[s it up. lol, but what i dont get is that she was going/gave us tickets but i saw other cars with only oneplate...what a bitch.

Were either cars in your driveway, or in your houses designated parking area, if so she/he cannot give you a ticket unless they can prove that it was being driven in that condition.

LOL well in MO you have to have a frotn and rear plate too, however if you're stopped rarely are you given more than a warning, but there is no parking enforcement, CA is a stupid ass place too much traffic, too many rules, and too many rich retards.

That woman is prolly obsessed with ruining your life ;)
