I'm interested, but what I would like to see before purchasing this would be:

1. flow #'s
2. Better pics (I know there coming)
3. Alternator bracket

Also, you never said if it was possible to keep the AC with this design?

Sounds like a good plan. If this does loose the A/C I think you will want to do a 2nd version that keeps the A/C. Its too HOT here and alot of places to go without it :) You will increase you customer base with both versions.

Good Luck!

I am also curious on the fitment of the manifold in the engine bay (specifically the back by the firewall). I can't wait to see what your runners look like. Your best bet on getting the alt. bracket is getting permission from Ron to use his design and buy one from him to duplicate. His bracket is tried and true and he has the info on the new belt you will need for it. Like mentioned before, many people want to keep their AC and most likely this manifold will not suffice. Check out Ron's long runner design and get a good idea of what to do as far and that goes and you'll probably be busy making these manifolds for a long time to come ;). Also, can you post up pics of one of your manifolds using the stock provisions that are on the stock mani?

Do I since a little bit of nagativity? Honestly, I my intentions are not to try to compete with Ron, only offer a little bit of selection. There are very few people/companies supporting products for the MK3, I am just givin' a little love. Ron has done an excellent job opening up doors for you guys, he is truly a Supra-hero! I will stand behind my manifold, I know this thing will make huge power!

No negativity at all, just looking for some more information. ie. flow charts, location brackets, and actual gains. Your manifold looks great, but performance is what most customers here will be more concerned about.
Perhaps having a local supra owner lend you a hand in mounting it on his car and doing some dyno comparisons to the stock manifold? I'm sure with a generous discount on the final product this will not be hard to do.

were you the guy that was working on that funky T4 "front facing exhaust manifold" ?

if so i want one :)

Thats me, I can still do it. I am working on a different T4 manifold now, should have some pics up real soon. It is thick wall stainless, equal length, and drop dead sexy ;-) Problem being though, most people want that kind of stuff, but don't want to pay for it. These manifolds unfortunatly are not cheap to make, so I usually will not build one unless it is already sold. Let me know how serioud you are and we can talk.

The one I am currently working on I am going to ask $700 for. Well worth every penny! Lifetime warranty against cracking/warping. I have made 150hp and 90lbs of tq. from a similar style manifold, at same boost level. The one you guys saw on here before was a wild hair I got up my a$$, to do something totally different than anything else. In order to finish it, I would need to have a supra at my shop. Or just some good measurements of the surroundings of the manifold area. To do that manifold you saw before, I'de do it for $850 or so. Let me know. I would encourage you to wait it out for the one I am working on now (believe me, its bada$$)

Please tell me that's a typo, and not $700 for a mani that made 150 HP:icon_razz

No typo, it was on a Honda Civic (one of my sponsored cars) he had a Drag cast manifold, we bolted on my manifold (no other changes were made to the set up) on the initail start up, he said he could already hear a differnce, and could instantly feel a huge increase in throttle response. We put it on the Dyno at GroundZero Motorsports here in Oregon, and were amazed! Its not all sugar and roses though...he has done nothing but break every axle, and burn up clutches, and fuel pumps ever since :) no joke! he's putting 620hp and 440tq in a daily driven Civic.

So a lot of you guys are wanting to see numbers on this manifold before you will buy it, I guess I don't blame you. But, I do not build any of my manifolds on blind faith that they will make power. I use tried and true tecniques, known to increase power and response. I have had nothing but success with the manifolds that I have built.

well a civic and supra are different in MANY MANY ....many ways...,

if u can find some one w/ a supra and use your mani and show us a dyno of that and show us a big improvemt shit i'd be down for one!
