What happens right before the alarm goes off?
In my case the alarm would trigger whenever I tried to unlock the passenger door with the key for my date. In this case I opened up the door and found that the contacts on the switch were dirty causing the connection to fail occasionally.
"We" can't really help too much with what little information you posted.
The factory alarm did not have a shock sensor so motion would not activate it.

you should see your open door light on the dash light up when the door is open. try pushing this little sensor in with your finger, if the open door light doesnt turn off then the sensor is fucked, goto the junkyard and get a replacement. its the same sensor as most toyotas and i know for a fact that the 90s corolla uses the same sensor if you cant find a supra.
