Hey all i have an 1987 Supra and i have pretty much everything STOCK. as you all know the stock cluster gauge is just black with a DULL green light behind it. i absolutely HATE IT...just wondering if anyone knows a place or can link me anywhere where they have different gauge clusters for the supra. i love the black and white that alot of new cars have. or even the blue neon. please help!

and yes i have read about just changing the lights in the back to LED lights...but quite frankly im not handy at all and i wouldnt even know where to start.

Speed hut, great gauges, great price, great, service, they sell an entire gauge pack for our cars. You can even customize the fonts or lighting if you want. almost any light, font, color you want.

A question on these. They all seem to have the indiglo blue backlight at night. Do you know if it's possible to use these gauge faces, but keep the stock bulb setup for at night? I'd like to updated the look a bit myself, but I really hate that indiglo blue... Can I just install the faces, and I use my own colored bulbs with them?

Sorry I don't have an accurate answer for you, I don't know, I guess call Speed hut up. I really don't think it's possible

I used to have those indiglo gauges in my 89. Looked good to be honest. I didnt' have them hooked up for a week or two, couldn't see shit. Afterward, I tapped the cig lighter and I was rolling in indiglo city..

It got old though, decided to use blue LEDs instead, liked them so much, put them on my 86.5 as well..

I'm going to go with green LED's in my 92, as I want to keep it as original looking as possible...

you can make the needles red!

Cut away the clear plastic under the needle scrape off the orange paint on the under side of the needles then apply red paint to replace the orange. Apply 1 red led under the needle and paint the clear plastic only around the red led so it doesnt go in the rest of the gauge face.

well you could always do a dakotadigital dash. Just need to adapt it for the poopra (MKIII or MKIV).

that is what the dakota digital dash looks in the MKIV.

MoTec SDL (ADl2 and ADL3 look the same but the underneath is what hikes the price up considerably).

Wow, that mk4 looks like a space ship inside, and that's not an exaggeration at all! I prefer the mk3 digital cluster. Someone should make it lhd. Oh wait, I am ;).

How did you splice in the wires for the overlay? I had the same problem with those type of gauges on my truck about 9-10 months ago -- turns out my T-tap splices worked loose and the connection was iffy. I went back and used uninsuluated butt-splices and covered with heatshrink and it's worked like a champ since. This was back in May that I fixed it, too.

They came with the car. I don't like them personally.
